The Word of the Year Journal was designed for an amazing friend who chooses an annual WOTY. The trend has caught on for those around her and others are experiencing the value of a personal word. There is a lot of social media, blogs and content describing how to use a WOTY and some celebrities even post their word. Even with all of the hype around this practice, a reflection prompt journal to help guide word thought wasn’t easy to find. The Word of the Year Journal was born and once it was shared with a few close friends, it was shared with people seeking support with their overall well-being.  This journal was crafted to carefully consider a personal word and reflect on the various ways it might influence your life.
